OUR PROCESS
1. CONSULTATION
This is the initial phase of the project. I will meet with you on site and collaborate regarding your wants and needs for the space(s). If this is a remodel or addition, I will also take measurements at this time. Once we have established a concept, I will then give you a proposal for a set of plans and an estimated cost for any interior design work.
2. SCHEMATIC DESIGN
During this process I will generate a preliminary 2D layout and 3D virtual model, that is geared towards the flow and functionality of the space. We will then have a design meeting to discuss any changes you would like to see and apply them accordingly, during the meeting. Once we have finalized the layout, we will revisit prior discussions about any interior design work (if any).
3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
The stage of visualization. This is the most exciting step, as you will get to see what you have always envisioned! I will apply all design details to the 2D plans and 3D model. We will then have our last design meeting. We will go over the entire project to ensure we have created the vision you were looking for. This is the time to make any final changes.
4. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT
Finally, once the concept is completed, I will finish the plans with all of the details required to submit for permitting, construction, or bidding purposes.
5. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
I will be with you every step of the way! From coordinating with your contractor on your design to answering any questions and addressing any concerns during the construction process This ensures your project will go as smoothly as possible.
